As a manager, knowing which changes to introduce to the workplace to support those going through menopause may feel a bit daunting, scary and leave you worried you’ll get it wrong.

In this video, I’ll be answering a few of the most commonly asked questions about what managers, leaders and those in HR need to know, what they don’t need to know and what to consider before making those changes in the workplace.

The best approach to making changes is to take small steps and to introduce a variety of changes that will make the biggest difference.
