Creating a menopause policy to outline how your organisation will support those going through menopause can seem a huge task.

In this video, I’ll be talking honestly and directly about whether or need you need one, what sections you can include if you decide a menopause policy is the right way to go and what you can create if you feel it’s not what your organisation needs right now.
