Who am I?

Hello! I’m Tracey Tait.

At the age of 43 my peri-menopause hit like a truck. I had no idea what was going on and my body and mind felt like they were conspiring against me – every day.

I went from being a confident, let’s make it happen woman who was embarking on starting her own marketing business to someone who didn’t want to leave the house, would sell her Granny for one night of decent sleep, couldn’t remember the simplest of things, cried so much, felt angry all the time and experienced dark thoughts.

And I know many other women feel lost too, so I want to change that by creating safe places we can talk about menopause and share ways to navigate through this time of our life.
