What you need to know about paying for and getting access to our menopause online course

Menopause training FAQ, Read, Watch/Listen

There’s times there’s an online course you’re interested in. Either for yourself or others.

But the process of buying and getting access to the course can seem complicated and drawn out.

And what happens next?

Let me answer your questions about payment and access to our course in this blog.

Questions like:

  • How can I pay for the course?
  • Can I pay in instalments?
  • Do you take credit card payments?
  • Is payment required before I can access the course?
  • How long will it take to get access after payment has been made?
  • Is there a discount available for multiple users?
  • What information do I need to access the course?
  • How do I navigate the course once I’m logged in?
  • What if I get stuck?
  • How long do I have access to the course for?
  • Do I pay for additional content added to the course?
  • How can I pay for the course?

If your organisation is paying for you to do the course, chances are they’d prefer you to get a Purchase Order (PO) before I send you an invoice.

For me to create your invoice, please include the following details:

  • Organisation name
  • Department
  • Full Address
  • References to be quoted on the invoice. For example a purchase order number, reference number or a name.

I will then create your invoice and email it to you or your finance department.

If the invoice is being paid by you, I’ll need your name and address to create the invoice.

I’ll then create the invoice and email it to you.

Can I pay in instalments?
No.

Do you take credit card payments?
Yes. We take credit card payments via Stripe.

Is payment required before I can access the course?
Yes, it is.

How long will it take to get access after payment has been made?
Access will be available within 24 hours of payment being made.

Is there a discount available for multiple users?
Price can be discounted for 30+ users.

What information do I need to access the course?
Once payment is received I’ll send you your login details with information on how to log in with screenshots for each step.

What if I want multiple users for the course?
Each user must pay for access.

All you’ll need to provide me with are the email address of those you wish to have access to the course, so I can generate passwords for them.

How do I navigate the course once I’m logged in?
Not all online courses are the same so you’ll be given a guide explaining what’s what for this course.

What if I get stuck?
Not that I think you will get stuck, but technology doesn’t always play ball so you’ll be given a trouble-shooting guide.

What if I get REALLY stuck?
You shouldn’t get really stuck but if you do we don’t want you stuck for long. Get in touch. Email me at Support@menopausetrainingcompany.com

I’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

How long do I have access to the course?
Access to the course is for 12 months from date of my email with your login information.

Do I pay for additional content added to the course?
No.

I may add additional lessons and/or resources to the course. All users will be notified of any updates by an email from me.
