Menopause. Why is it a difficult topic to talk about in the work place?

As a manager, leader or an HR profession, you’re probably aware of your responsibilities to your colleagues. However, difficult conversations are something you may dread and throwing menopause into the mix can leave your head spinning. It makes good sense to recognise the menopause is a topic that isn’t going away.

In this video I’ll explain why any difficult conversation is difficult and what you can do to make menopause a topic you’ll be more comfortable to talk about as well as share comments and feedback we got during interviews with managers and employees about talking about menopause.
